Our Promise

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a refund or replacement where applicable.

Because chocolates are perishable, returns are accepted only for damaged, incorrect, or quality-related issues reported within the 7-day window.

How to Request a Return

  2. 2.Share your order details and the reason for the return or replacement request.
  3. 3.Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  4. 4.Eligible returns may receive a full refund or replacement, depending on the situation.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by calling us or emailing with your order number.
  • If payment was made online, eligible cancellations receive a full refund within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled — please refer to our returns process instead.
